The Koanda

The Koanda was introduced to Australia by Chinese explorers in the late 16th century.

Koandas are rareley seen as they burrow beneath eucalyptus trees and spend most their time in their burrow, only coming out to eat the leaves of the tree.

Hikers have to be very careful as the Koandas cover the entrance of their burrow with leaves and an unwary hiker may fall into their burrow.

Luckily all that results is that the Koanda lets out a big roar, startling the poor soul and resulting in a trip to Walmart to buy new underwear.
