The Elefer is popular among Northern Canadian milk farmers as it was bred and taught to milk itself, hence the long milking appendage on it's head.

Elefer milk is a delicacy in Northern Canada, but it is an acquired taste and has not caught on in Southern Canada or elsewhere in the world.
