CANADIAN MOUNTED COWBOY

THE LONGEST LIST OF THE LONGEST STUFF AT THE LONGEST DOMAIN NAME AT LONG LAST

Pictures and info on the Canadian mounted cowboy Beswick horse.

As long as people have loved collecting, they have loved collecting porcelain figurines. Some of the most famous of those figurines are from the Beswick collection. From this collection, some of the most famous are the horse figurines. Beswick figurines are even more sought after today, as they are no longer in production. This is due to the fact that the Beswick factory was bought out by Royal Doulton in 1972. Fortunately, there are still many Beswick figurines out there that can be purchased by the avid collector!

This horse is the 1377 Canadian Mounted Cowboy. There is also a 1374 Canadian Mounted Cowboy of this Beswick figurine but that model only has three legs, spurning the creation of the 1377 model. This beautiful horse is painted in a beautiful brown color and the horse has a white mane, tail, and one of the hooves is also white. This beauty also has excellent detailing that shows defined muscles in the horse, just like the real thing! The horse is mounted on a beautiful porcelain stand that is multi-colored in green, pink, yellow, and cream.

This horse was in production from 1961 – 1973 and is seven and a half inches high. It is available for $350.00.
