For those who love to hang on to pieces of history, this wonderful Berlin Wall beer stein is an incredibly unique way to commemorate the destruction of the Berlin Wall. This wonderful stein is the third edition in Thewalt’s series of Berlin steins. Portrayed on the front of the stein is the Bradenburg Gate and on the left shown in great detail is “Checkpoint Charlie.” This was once the former border control point between the East and the West. On the right side of the stein is shown Kaiser Wilhelm Gedaechtniskirche, also known as the Emperor William’s Memorial Church. The tower of the church has been bombed and located in the city, stands as a memorial to the horror of the war.

The stein is beautifully decorated with cobalt blue being the main background color. The decorative pewter lid is not only stunning but it also holds a piece of the original Berlin Wall. The size of the piece will vary from stein to stein. This beautiful stein is a limited edition and has only five thousand pieces. Each piece has been registered and given its own unique number. The stein stands at eleven inches tall and is available for $156.40.
