What is the most expensive cheese in the world?

Christer Johannson and his wife Ulla own the Moose House, a 59-acre moose dairy farm in Bjursholm, in northern Sweden.

One day they found 3 moose calves abandoned in the woods and promptly named them Gullan, Haelga, and Juna.

Soon after they started milking them, but only from May to September, a task that takes up to two hours a day and nets only a gallon of moose milk per cow. It is this moose milk that transforms into the world's most expensive cheese running a cheesy $500.00 per pound.
