WORLD'S MOST EXPENSIVE GOLD
THE LONGEST LIST OF THE LONGEST
STUFF AT THE LONGEST DOMAIN NAME AT LONG LAST
What is the most expensive gold in the world?
It’s no secret that gold is just
about one of the most expensive metals that you can buy. But the price you pay
for that gold will greatly depend on the type of gold that it is. And that might
depend on where the gold came from.
The world’s most expensive gold in
fact is Scottish gold and not surprisingly, comes from Scotland in the small
town of Tyndrum, where the Cononish mine is located. The Cononish mine was
approved for mining use in 1996 with the regulations that it could extol 25,000
ounces of the precious gold from the mine per year. However, soon after the
approval for use the price of gold – any gold – dropped significantly and so the
Cononish mine was not purchased by the Scotgold Company for 10 years. The mine
is now fully owned and operational and produces the rarest and most valuable
gold in the world!
This Scottish gold is so expensive not only because
of its rarity and its bright and pure yellow color. This gold is also so
precious because it’s an extremely dangerous and very hard process to sluice
through the gold to extract it. This most precious of all the golds costs $1,400
