WORLD'S FIRST
UNDERWATER POST OFFICE

THE LONGEST LIST OF THE LONGEST STUFF AT THE LONGEST DOMAIN NAME AT LONG LAST

What is the world's first underwater post office?

In 2003, 50 meters offshore and 3 meters down from Port Vila, Vanuatu a post office opened.

Big deal? When we said 'down' we meant down under water, which makes this the world's first underwater post office.

In town you can buy water-proof postcards, then swim out to the post office and mail them. It seems to be a novelty to acquire the cancellation mark.

The post office staffs four employees and is open about an hour a day.
