WORLD'S FIRST JIGSAW PUZZLE
THE LONGEST LIST OF THE LONGEST
STUFF AT THE LONGEST DOMAIN NAME AT LONG LAST
What was the world's first jigsaw puzzle?
The credit for creation of the
world's first jigsaw puzzle goes to John Spilsbury, a London mapmaker, who
pasted maps onto wood and cut them into small pieces to help kids learn
Geography in 1760.
Jigsaw puzzles got their name because in the early years the pieces were
actually hand cut on a jigsaw.
