Who was the world's first person to be voted off Survivor?

Survivor made it's television debut on CBS on May 31, 2000.

The show was originally titled Survivor, but when subsequent seasons came out it was renamed Survivor: Borneo.

At the end of the first episode, titled 'The Marooning', Sonja Christopher, a member of the Tagi tribe, became the first person ever to be voted off Survivor when she received 4 out of the 8 votes at tribal council, the other votes going to Rudy Boesch, who received 3 votes, and Stacey Stillman, who received 1 vote.
