The first perfect Pac-Man game ever

WORLD'S FIRST
PERFECT PAC-MAN GAME

THE LONGEST LIST OF THE LONGEST STUFF AT THE LONGEST DOMAIN NAME AT LONG LAST

When was the world's first perfect Pac-Man game?

Pac-Man was first released in Japan in 1979 by Namco as Puck Man and shortly distribution by Midway in America as Pac-Man.

Since the level number is stored as a single byte the game has a glitch on the 256th level that renders it unplayable.

As a result a perfect game is possible in which all levels are cleared up to that point with all ghosts and fruits being eaten resulting in a total of 3,333,360 points.

It took 20 years, but on July 03, 1999 Billy Mitchell managed a perfect score taking just over 6 hours to do so, all without losing a single life.
