Who was the first artist stripped of their Grammy?

Rob Pilatus and Fabrice Morvan released 'All or Nothing' in Europe in 1988 then the album was renamed 'Girl You Know It's True' and released in the U.S. in early 1989.

In 1990 Rob Pilatus and Fabrice Morvan won a Grammy.

Shortly after, while supposedly performing  live on MTV the record they were actually lip syncing to started skipping and the gig was up.

Not long after they were stripped of their Grammy, the first artist to have that dishonor.
