WORLD'S FIRST PIZZA
THE LONGEST LIST OF THE LONGEST
STUFF AT THE LONGEST DOMAIN NAME AT LONG LAST
What was the world's first pizza?
All of us love hot fresh pizza
delivered to our door especially with all the various kinds we can get to feed
the entire family.
It may be hard to believe, but ancient Greeks enjoy
a flat baked bread with a variety of toppings known as plankuntos.
The very first pizzeria was Antica Pizzeria
Port’Alba, or as far as anyone knows. It opened it's doors in 1830 and would you
believe is still in business to this very day.
In 1889, Rafaele Esposito, a Neapolitan, prepared
pizza for King Umberto I and Queen Margherita.
In 1895, the first Pizzeria was opened in the
United States by Gennaro Lombardi in New York City.
Today, you can find all kinds of pizza in
practically every block in the United States, each one having their own recipe
for creating delicious pizzas.
