The London Dungeon

THE LONDON DUNGEON
THE LONGEST LIST OF THE LONGEST STUFF AT THE LONGEST DOMAIN NAME AT LONG LAST

The story of the London Dungeon.

The London Dungeon today is a tourist attraction and museum that depicts the gruesome past of London. As you visit, you will feel what the people felt that were condemned to death. You will be able to see the terror of King Henry VIII and the French Revolution along with the torture chamber. All of the tools and equipment that was used to torture and punish prisoners is on display and the exact way in which these tools were used will be explained in explicit detail. One of the grossest exhibitions is when a criminal is beheaded by a guillotine and the guests are sprayed with water to experience the amount of blood that would have appeared. All of the lights are off and the experience is unearthing.

In another exhibit, you will see an old beggar with his legs, arms and head strapped into a torture device. Another one shows victims heads on poles after they had lost their heads for their crimes.

As you go onward on your journey, you are before a judge during the 17th century. He sentences you to death where you are then taken by boat across the river where your execution awaits. When you arrive, you will find yourself in the city of London during the 17th century in the city where Jack the Ripper once walked the streets.

This may just be a tour, however, many gruesome, cruel things occurred here, and today there is more here than the wax figures you see. Visitors and staff alike have reported doors opening by unseen hands, Jack the Ripper’s ghost makes appearances, and wax dummies have a way of changing their positions without the help of human hands. Other paranormal activities include strange lights, cold spots, and things being thrown across the room.
