RESURRECTION CEMETERY
THE LONGEST LIST OF THE LONGEST STUFF AT THE LONGEST DOMAIN NAME AT LONG LAST

The story of Resurrection Cemetery.

In Justice, Illinois there is a young polish girl named Mary Bregavy. While coming home from O’Henry Ballroom in 1939, now known as the Willowbrook ballroom, Mary Bregavy was killed in a car accident.

She is still showing up along the cemetery streets, and the Willowbrook ballroom. At the ballroom, she will dance with men and ask them to drive her home and when they pass by the cemetery, she disappears.

She has been spotted hitchhiking on some roads near by. Many have had the pleasure or the fear of seeing her and even giving her a ride.

In 1989, a taxi cab driver saw a young girl walking one night, (Mary) and picked her up. They were talking and when they passed by the cemetery she disappeared out of the front seat.

In 1976, a man called the Justice police reporting a girl locked in the cemetery after hours. When Sergeant Pat Homa came to the scene, he shined his flashlight through the bars into the darkness. He did not find a girl at all. He did however; find two bars on the gate that were bent apart at an odd angle. It seemed to be bent by human hands. After a closer look, imbedded in the metal were small handprints. Along the surface of the green paint upon the bronze bars were burn marks that appeared to be skin like texture. Metallurgist experts could not figure out how the bars were bent.

Could these bent bars be the reason that Mary is leaving the cemetery and dancing the night away or could it be that she just wishes to have some company?
