Ghosts and apparitions have been noted from the very beginning as this magnificent home was being built. Many of the strange happenings have been reported in newspapers and television shows and many paranormal investigators have investigated the theater.

Prior to the original building in which you see today a man was killed in a fight in the home that once shared the grounds. A ghost known by the name of Peter frequents the area. He is said to be dressed in an old-fashioned suit. While the audience is enjoying the show so is Peter.

Film canisters are found to be rearranged which is quite annoying to those that have to organize them over and over again.

Many types as the manager comes to open the theater there is a movie on the screen and the unseen audience is sure enjoying it all especially since one time the door was looked on the projection room from the inside.

Others have noted a female ghost in the balcony. This could be the ghost of a woman that suffocated in the building in the 1940’s.

Several people have seen two female women and even some of their friends hanging around the first floor lobby.

There are many apparitions known to frequent different areas of the theater since it has been home to many organizations throughout the years.
