NFL'S LARGEST COMEBACK
THE LONGEST LIST OF THE LONGEST
STUFF AT THE LONGEST DOMAIN NAME AT LONG LAST
What was the largest comeback in NFL history?
The largest comeback in NFL history is simple referred
to as 'The Comeback'.It was January 03,
1993, a playoff game between the Buffalo Bills and the Houston Oilers.
Just 1:41 into the third quarter the Oilers led
35-3, a 32 point lead, and many Bills fans went
home rather than freeze through the agony they've been witnessing.
What followed was nothing short of amazing as the
Buffalo Bills managed to score 35 points while only allowing another 3 points
for the Houston Oilers, at the end of 4 quarters the game was tied at 38.
Not long into overtime Steve Christie kicked a
32-yard game-winning field goal to give the Bills a 41-38 win and the largest
comeback in NFL history.
