What animal has the world's largest brain?

The world's largest brain of any animal that ever existed belongs to the Sperm Whale.

The brain of a Sperm Whale, on average, weighs 7.8 kilogram or just over 17 pounds.

The average human brain weighs 1 - 1 1/2 kilograms or 2.2 - 3.3 pounds.

Since a Sperm Whale weighs about 50,000 pounds it's brain only makes up 0.034% of it's body while a human brain makes up about 1.35%.
