At the 1964 World's Fair in New York the Wisconsin

Using 16,000 cows to produce 170,000 quarts of milk,
Wisconsin had the ingredients they need to make the world's largest
cheese.
The world's largest cheese measured a cheddary 14
1/2 x 6 1/2 x 5 1/2 feet and weighed a cheesy 34,591 pounds.
We have a picture of a replica as the original cheese
was eaten long ago.
