When was the world's last matador death?
Bullfights were very popular throughout Spain and a few
other countries in the world.
These were usually a fight to the death and the
majority of the time it was the bull that suffered the last blow, however, many
bullfighters lost their lives as well during these bullfights.
The last famous matador to die in a bullfight was
“Yiyo” José Cubero Sánchez who suffered a fatal gore in 1985.
