Normally being submerged in ice for
more than a short period of time can be detrimental to your health.
Dutchman Wim Hof must not have known this fact, or at least forgot it on
September 11 2004 when he spent a world's record 1 hour 8 minutes in a
tank full of ice, setting the new full body ice contact record.
In fact Wim Hof must be extremely forgetful as in January 2004 he spent 1
hour 7 minutes in a tank full of ice, which beat his previous record by 56
seconds.
Wim Hof is one cool fella.
