longest scuba dive staying under water for 120 hours.
On May 01 2006 Magician David Blaine entered a big
ball filled with 2,000 gallons of sea water at Lincoln Center in
Manhattan, N.Y. His goal was to stay in the bubble for over a full week or emerging on May 08 2006
on a television special.
David Blain managed to set the record for staying
underwater the longest by posting a soggy 177 hours.

setting the record for the
world's longest breath hold set by Tom Sietas
at 8 Minutes 58
Seconds in July 2003, but came up 1 minute 50 seconds short.
