Commander aircraft in Port Augusta on the South Australian
coast every Saturday morning taking up to 3 passengers and the mail
to ranches throughout the Australian
Stops are made in Leigh
Creek, Moolawatana Station, Merty Merty Station, Moomba, Innamincka,
Durham Downs, Arrabury, Birdsville, and the most northern point of
the mail run, Boulia.
In total the world's longest
mail run covers 2,600 kilometers or 1,612 miles.
