On February 29, 2008 Tam Thai Luu
walked into a car dealership in Melbourne and asked to take a £19,000 Honda
Accord sedan for a test drive.
Tam Thai Luu managed to drive of before the salesman
had a chance to jump into the car and thus the world's longest test drive began.
The test drive ended 5 days later when Tam was arrested
for not paying for his gas at the Wycliffe Well roadhouse.
Total length of the world's longest test drive:
3,800 miles or 6,200 kilometres.
