What is the world's longest distance on a Static cycle?

Static cycles, also commonly called spinning cycles, are a great way to burn fat and lose weight but if you’re trying to set the record for the longest distance ever covered on a static cycle, you’re sure to really feel the burn!

If you don’t think so, just ask Gerhard Mandalka, from Germany, who on August 26, 2006 set the record for doing just that. Mandalka completed the record at Physio-Fitness in Einbeck, Germany and the distance covered was a total of 46.65 kilometers, or 28.99 miles. That’s a lot of pedaling!
