WORLD'S MOST COCKROACHES EATEN
THE LONGEST LIST OF THE LONGEST
STUFF AT THE LONGEST DOMAIN NAME AT LONG LAST
Who ate the most cockroaches?
Most of us cringe at the thought
of having cockroaches in our house, never mind in our mouths! But Ken Edwards of
Glossop, Derbyshire, England thrives on this kind of stuff. It was on the set of
The Big Breakfast in London, England on March 5, 2001, that he ate 36
cockroaches in one minute.
Why did he do it? Purely for entertainment
purposes. He is known for doing outrageous acts and is a professional part-time
entertainer after being a retired rat catcher. He says that, “It’s like having
an anesthetic at the back of my throat.” This is because cockroaches emit a
scent to ward off predators, especially when they are the most frightened, which
they would be when they’re on their long journey to someone’s stomach.
