THE ANCIENT MYTH OF BIGFOOT
THE LONGEST LIST OF THE LONGEST
STUFF AT THE LONGEST DOMAIN NAME AT LONG LAST
Bigfoot - North American Native Indian Myth
Myth or reality, there is a monster best known because
everybody has heard of it, but nobody is sure if Bigfoot is real or just a
legend. Probably descendent of animal species, the Sasquatch resembles a giant
ape of about 7 to 12 feet tall, a foot size averaging 6 to 8 inches, and
weighing from 250 to 400 pounds.
Bigfoot was first seen on earth nearly 6,000 years
ago, although nobody has proven its existence. Some people believe that it is a
homo-sapien similar to a Yeti, another mythical creature, but evidence of
footprints makes it hard to accept this theory.
Native to North America, people have seen Bigfoot’s
from Canada to the southern tip of Florida, most of them sharing the same
characteristics but different color of hair covering their bodies. In fact, many
people have pictures of the creature, but not clear enough to determine what the
creature is.
In the late 1990s, explorers surveying sites
identified for their Sasquatch sightseeing determined that there were about 135
living Bigfoot’s in America and belonging to 16 different family groups.
According to this research, each Bigfoot family has 8 members on an average,
from which 3 are males.
Bigfoot’s are nocturnal and vegetarian creatures
although those families found in Florida are carnivorous and prefer daylight. It
is believed that they live 70 to 80 years on average and die in caves. After
their death, other animals eat their waste, a reason that justifies the fact
that nobody has found other evidence to prove the existence of the creature.
Researchers have documented their findings on this
humanoid species over the last 300 years, timeline running from the first
sightseeing of Bigfoot in modern times. From prints found, it is known that the
creature has 5 fingers on their hands and 4 on their feet.
Groups of Bigfoot’s are continuously traveling to different tracks every time,
but usually around forest regions in which vegetation abounds.
