THE LONGEST LIST OF THE LONGEST STUFF AT THE LONGEST DOMAIN NAME AT LONG LAST

What are the world's smallest scissors?

In March 2007 Japanese scientists took a cut at the record for the world's smallest scissors and succeeded.

The scissors they developed measured a snippy three nanometers or 3 billionths of a meter in length.

The tiny snips are controlled by light and will be used to control genes, proteins and other molecules in the body.
