What is the world's smallest stamp?


The world's smallest stamp measures 8 mm by 9.55 mm or .315 inches by .376 inches.

It was issued by Bolivar, a province of Columbia, in 1863 and is called the Bolivar 10c green.

Just for comparison in 1913-14 China issued a stamp measuring 248 mm by 77 mm.
