STUFF AT THE LONGEST DOMAIN NAME AT LONG LAST
What is the world's smallest Official Capital?
You can travel the world over and
never find the smallest official capital of the world unless you decide to visit
Pitcairn Island. Adamstown is not only the smallest official capital of the
world but it is also the only settlement on the Pitcairn Island.
Adamstown named after the Bounty mutineer John
Adams can be found in the central north part of town. It has 46 residents with
the island having a total population of 67. The town does have a church, town
square, school, and a town bell.
This remote capital may be tiny but the school does
have computer access and the residents enjoy television and chatting with their
family over the telephone.
