WORLD'S SMALLEST AMERICAN FLAG
THE LONGEST LIST OF THE LONGEST
STUFF AT THE LONGEST DOMAIN NAME AT LONG LAST
What is the world's smallest American flag?
You may not find this in the
Guinness Book of World Records yet, however, graduate students at the University
of Texas in Dallas have created the world’s smallest American Flag.
The flag is complete with all 50 stars and 13
stripes and is smaller than a human hair. A human hair is around 100-micron
whereas the American Flag that was created is only 7 microns.
The ingenious graduate electrical engineering
students were Jang-Bae Jeon and Carlo Foresca. The Guinness Book of World
Records has rejected the item so far by stating, "they don't have a method to
actually see the flag."
