What was the world's smallest US Presidential term?


A normal term as President of the United States is four years. A president can be reelected and serve no more than two terms for a total of eight years. However, there is one president that has the title of serving the smallest term in office as President.

William Henry Harrison served the shortest term of any United States president.

After he was inaugurated into the presidency, he became ill with pneumonia and never recovered. His total days in office were 32 from March 4 1841 until April 4, 1841.
