friend or so everyone says, however, here is some interesting trivia
you may not know.
The most
popular name for dogs is Max. Other names on the most popular list
include Sam, Zach, Molly, and Maggie.
An
American Animal Hospital Association did a poll where 33% of all dog
owners in the US admitted to talking to their dogs on the phone or
leaving them messages on the answering machine.
Over
one million dogs in the US are estimated to be listed on their owners
will as the primary beneficiary.
A
Beatles song that you probably have heard time and time again has a
secret message to Paul McCartney’s Shetland Sheepdog at the
end of the song. Paul used an ultrasonic whistle that only his dog
could hear at the end of “A Day in the Life.”
Dogs
do not sweat by salivating; they sweat through the pads of their feet.
Dogs only have around 1,700 taste buds on their tongue with humans

Scientists
discovered that dogs can smell the presence of autism in children.
Some
dogs known as “Seizure Alert dogs” can alert their
masters up to an hour before the beginning of an epileptic seizure.
There
are 701 types of pure breed dogs.
